Due to unprecedented growth, a vacancy is currently open for the position of Customer Support Specialist.
Duties:
- Receive and process incoming requests from the existing users in our network;
- Consult and assist in solving technical and other questions or problems of the existing users, as well as analyze problem situations and provide answers to questions on the features of our services.
Requirements:
- Experience with CPA and a good understanding of online marketing is welcome but not required.
- (!) MANDATORY (!) Excellent knowledge of the English plus Latvian OR Lithuanian OR Estonian languages (level no lower than fluent);
- High level of written literacy;
- Attention to detail, responsibility, resistance to stress, friendliness and an outgoing attitude!
